I know what you mean about the practices that is prevalent among Nepalese but please do not isolate a particular case/person and post publicly. Dont know about the dude but you should not make fun of him here. Let him do his thing and live his life.
Regarding, "GC deserving Nepali people"- this makes me laugh. What do you say about the people in IT who got GC thru consultancy, Asylee ppl.

Consultancy bata IT kaam garne haru sabai dhatera, chalera CV banaune ani GC. Nepali haru le afno gain ko lagi j pani garchan so it has become a norm in US.
