I doubt there is any bus service between Fort Worth and Arlington, you can ride train from Fort Worth down town and get off at center port station at Trinity and get cab from there to hospital or don't know where exactly bus starts from Fort Worth but that bus comes to boarder of Arlington ( I guess Randal Mill) , which might be far from hospital though.
