Hi Mennie,
If I am not wrong, you can't send affidavit form online.You have to send with physical papers in one envelope.
Before getting fees invoice
you can collect documents:-
call IRS and request for 3 years IRS Tax Transkript, (usually takes 7-10 days)(because u can't download online)
Photographs(Don't use photographs of Nepal)
complete affidavit form (Note:- its very confusing)
social security earning statements( go to #www.ssa.gov,complete steps, I mean to say it takes time) etc
