I cannot ping the VM installed in a pc from another pc.

I installed a vmware in windows environment. I then installed a linux VM in which I have installed an application. I can ping the IP of linux VM from the pc where the VM is installed but I cannot ping the same from another PC.

how would I troubleshoot this issue?
