The whole country is fucked, sadly. It is so blatantly raped by India and Nepali politicians are like pimps having no shame as they visit their overlords regularly and even make unfair treaties having no regard to the country or the Nepali people who elected them.
It is not uncommon to hear Nepali people talk about the political leaders like Prachanda, Deauwa, Koirala, Bamdev, Ram Saran Mahat, etc. about how they made this many arabs, that many kharabs, have this much in their secret Swiss bank accounts, etc. through dishonest means, and Nepali people have been talking like that for decades. Before Maoists came to power, Nepali people used to talk about Girija Prashad Koirala and about how he sold certain Nepali river to India and amassed huge sum of money for himself and his family, but Nepali people didn't or couldn't do anything other than elect that same corrupt politician again and again. Now Nepali people are talking about how Prachanda is amassed wealth.
Meanwhile Nepali people face the same old problem of lack of basic things like electricity, clean water, sanitation, good roads, etc. year after year, and their parasitic political leaders live in mahals giving no fuck to ordinary people. This is so frustrating even to write. Feels like it's about time that Nepali people rise up again and drag these sons of bitches to Tudhikhel and hang them all upside down like the People of Italy did to Mussolini and his cohorts.
