labor certification = prevailing wage (~3 months)+ ad (2 months) + eta (4-5 months)
i140- if premium (~1k extra), ~20 days else, around 4/5 months
i485 - I guess around 5 months here again. Not exact sure though
i140 and i485 can be filed concurrently. so if you do that , in around 6 months , both will be completed without processing i-140 in premium.
