I re-installed window software to Factory setting on one of the old HP laptop.
It has Norton and it is trying to upload it's software but it gives same message" We are unable to communicate with one of our servers. Would you like to attempt to correct this problem by releasing and renewing your IP settings?"

It does not let me query on excel : asking explorer 9 or higher needed. May be it needed Service Pack which is not available on MS site anymore.
