I just did. Follow above instruction. Where do you have your Database?
I means you are trying to connect to the database ( Sql server) where do you have your sql server? On your PC/Laptop? or remotely somewhere ?
You need to log in to that machine where you have sql server installed and than follow the steps. Sql server configuration manager will be found if you go on the start menu and search .
