Haitian DON'T HAVE to stay in Line for Family Green Card

Lol, read the highlighted lines again. It says they will be granted parole into the United States up to approximately two years before their immigrant visa priority dates become current. So they do have to wait for the priority date. It's just that they will be allowed to come to the US and apply for work permit while waiting for their immigrant visas to become available. It does not automatically grant them green card. They still have to stay in the line. I think you're blowing things out of proportion. Also even if they let's say come up with any program to speed up the Haitian process it does not necessary means the others have to wait 2 more years.
