If you transfer through bank, you will lose almost 5 - 6 rupees per dollar. On top of that you have to pay around 45 dollars transfer fee. It's a huge difference. I personally have lost a huge amount of money on ATM withdrawal and bank transfer while in Nepal. Go with muncha.
