Hello, I am highly encouraged with the expanded advice from all of you. Each and every your word is valuable to me. Information i recieved today, i couldn't recieve till yesterday. In DV 2004, it is not complusary to have legal sponser, any eligible person can write a simple welcome letter for the applicant , if he wants to come his place. So not neccessary to go the inviting person. Welcome letter was given by a person with the address of MaryLand. I prefer and intend to go Wasington or New York. I need someone who can help me for living arragement. Pawan
