I need serious suggestions in order to choose a good IT consultancy. I was with a consultancy for few months but they were not good in terms of marketing. I have seen some threads regarding finding good consultancies but I didn't get much information or I missed it.

I am hunting for a good consultancy to work as a UI developer. Please let me know if you know any.
