There are apartments near Uni. Of Omaha where most of the students live. There is a student housing known as Capital Court(Google it). I spent almost 3 years in Omaha. I have to tell you that Omaha sucks like hell- very disappointing place. Weather sucks.Even Neo-Nazi rally takes place at Omaha. Run from that place as soon as you can and as far as you can.
