Got info from attorney Pending case: Some Nepal TPS application receiving EAD under C19 (which is Pending TPS application) if application 1st time reviewed file looks oky but still need more time to review. Then they are issuing EAD Under C19.
Application that is approving is on 1st look clearly show person was here before June 24 then they approving Ead and TPS at same time.
In my opinion is what uscis doing is they have time frame to review the file. Within that time if file looks everything good then they approve TPS n EAD. if file looks good but still need more time to review file then they issue EAD under C19 , hopefully they will approve soon those files. They are not in rush. TPS is for stay here in US safe. Which is they are Issuing Ead that’s good enough to work and Id purpose and pay taxes
