I think this apply to those phones only (from China) which does not have IMEI number. It won't make any difference to the phone which people will bring in from overseas as they have IMEI anyway. Also those phones which has been blacklisted in USA may not make any difference as tthe a re not Globally blacklisted. Correct me if I am wrong. That being said, I really wish Nepal bands phones that comes from overseas. At least many of us won;t have to send phones like iPhone and Samsung Galaxy to Nepal  when I myself is using BLU Phone.
