The fact is chinese firms are not global in Asia.They are not in top 20 best employer list all that.Global times & chinese government should ensure they become highly reputed employer with excellent image for trust,integrity all that.If there are 50 chinese firms like that....why will India or other Nations not give them priority...they will be very eager to have them.

I personally think Chinese President XI grew up working in a village,while Indian PM grew up selling tea...it is a miracle only our type of countries can provide such opportunities.So both leaders can infact smoothen things if they want to.
