Service rep said I could talk to immigration officer of USCIS, then the automative system set up a time for call back, when I got connected .. i was talking to half asleep American African lady. who was not in a position to answer my question, and the more i asked the more irritated she got, I instanty knew i was not talking to the right nor helpful person... So hang in there.. even the slowest rabbit or dead sleep need to finish the race.
