Some of state requires to prove domicile home. One person can have only one domicile home.
Domicile is defined as an individual’s “present, fixed home where you return following temporary absences and where you intend to stay indefinitely.” The individual must reside in Virginia and must intend to keep this as his or her home indefinitely.
