The BIA, affirmed Immigration judge's decision on credibility and denied my Asylum case, now I've appealed to the 9th Circuit Court of appeals in San Francisco, However 9th circuit is considered more liberal and lenience, I'm just not sure of outcome. Anyone had their case with 9th circuit with a positive outcome? How long does it take for decision to be made? Please share your story..
