Well .....I heard sum Nepali guy in the US had to spend a whole year in prison, cuz the police misheard him say" Terrorist" in lieu of" Tourist" while he was shooting videos of sum important buildings and stuff. ALso heard recently, that Santosh Pant while on a tour was detained for sum hours in the airport ; cause-->shooting sum videos again! .....allowed to go after the officials called back home and verified his identity!
