Mily, Bernie's attempt, a few weeks ago, to dissuade Bloomberg from making an independent run says something about how much Bloomberg is feared by democrats and liberals in general.

Democrats would love Bloomberg to play the role of Ross Perot (1992) but it is becoming more evident that he will most likely end up playing the role of Ralph Nader (2000) if he makes an independent run.

Ross Perot sucked up votes from both parties in 1992 but he took significantly more from GOP ensuring Bill Clinton a 'sigh of relief' while Ralph Nader took just enough liberal votes from Al Gore in 2000 making George "W" Bush 'the decider.'

Few votes Bloomberg might get from GOP will probably be from those who supported Jeb and Kasich, so called 'moderately' conservative. It is becoming evident from both Jeb's and Kasich's performance that there are not a whole lot of Republicans left who might feel affinity towards Bloomberg.
