heres one that used to confuse me a lot, until i figured out the error
x2 = x + x + x + ...... +x (x times)
taking the derivative wrt x on both sides,
2x = 1 + 1 + 1 + .... + 1 (x times)
2x=x
2=1
simple, and confusing
how is this possible?
