@rajan101 thanks. exactly. call that number and ask to expedite your case. They have 10 criteria to expedite.

I filed last Friday and chose severe financial loss to person. The operator said USCIS will contact me within 5 days asking for supporting documents. Voila, on Monday, they directly approved the expedite request, TPS, and EAD petition. Did not ask for anything.
