There might not be a long term solution for el salvador, honduras etc or is it that there might not be a solution that's in the national interest of USA ?
All those countries problems are related to the drug problems in USA and decades of US foreign policy. US single handedly turned Korea in to a modern country, but it doesn't want its neighbors prosper all because of geopolitics. Big brother attitude like India is showing now.
