BisanDol matra bhanera kaha clear hunchha ra Nepal007, You should be precise about the location.
The only one bisanDol, I am aware of is in Lalitpur district. It used to be VDC prior to 2008, now should be in Mahalaxmi municipality. However, It might take more than 40 mins(Motor bike) from Shantinagar. ((4-5 km away from ring road(gwarkho)).
Btw, investment in land should be good at the moment.
