Hi all,
I am a 3rd year international graduate student . I want some suggestions about private student loan and related liabilities and risks. My wife applied for Bachelor of Science in Nursing in the same university and was accepted. she is now ready to start taking classes. We applied for private student loan with a cosigner (PR friend) and is almost complete. I estimate a loan of about USD 60K in total by the time she will graduate.
The big dilemma for me now is "IS IT WORTH IT?" Being an international student is it wise to consider a loan of such amount?
Anyone having any such related experience: your suggestions will highly be appreciated.
