"Confused", isn't this so sad Nepali like you and me have to live with inferiority complex.. Ya you said right about weakness -- that is our weakness, our self dominent attitude. Sorry dude, I can't take that was granted.. Yes I am in US doesn't necessarily me I should VOW with American.. Sweetie you wrote --"Pisces is insulting me by bringing very personal subject about my husband and father just because I didn't agree with him in another thread and he still wants to get back to me". Sweetie, I am sorry if I have hurt u by draging ur hobby in the thread. But I got not intention to disrespect his existence, noway. Again my apology. But Sweetie, it is not the continuation of another thread, don't get me wrong.. You were the first to rise same topics about "Men dominating Women in Nepal", that means you were down to the earth to prove somehow Nepali Men are an Ass..and I opposed that .. Sweetie you tried every possible way to be imposive, I guess it didn't work. You said why people don't want to understand what you trying to convey. Would you have given some rational judgement than your biased view, everybody could have understood. Learing from others is good thing, there is nothing wrong. But you mandated that every single nepali woman has to learn from American woman to be civilized. Why you putting American on dais and have them bless over us? They are blessing aren't they? You have been so aggressive pointing out wrong system and society in Nepal, but why can't you see changes too.. If you are talkin about Women dominance in society then should also talk about positive changes.. As a results there are there are lots of Nepali educated like you, are here and there. As an example every now and then girls like you, every now then come voice here in Sajha. Sweetie, Compare Nepal with America - America is richest and most powerful country in the world. They have control over majority of media thats why there influences are obvious. Now, imagine Nepal being most powerful and richest country (which is absolutely not possible) and everything (area, population) remains same, today a SARI could have replaced a SKIRT. I guess you understand what I mean. I am not mandating nepali lady to wear Sari but the way you were linking fashion with plight of Nepali Women sounds to me like some sort of humor. You said --"Nepali women are raised and taught to grow up in a very sheltered way. They have to be coy, conservative etc. Keep in mind, I am not blaming women here....but the society itself." Its not just the problem in Nepal, every single third world country has same issue. And even in America. There is no magic stick that change society with 'Abracadabra'. Wait a minute tell me onething, is only possible way to change our conservative society is to make our women learn for American women? Am I to the point? Infact there are American women you voice against abortion, aren't there ? Oh no you said there are few conservative American women who think like that..Well then the in world you can't take the fact, there are few conservative women in Nepal society too ?? Sweetie you are MBA? I guess it didn't help here ? We have nothing to do with ur MBA. I am MBA too, so what ? I don't think any sajhathis care about my MBA. BTW I didn't read anywhere in my MBA that "I AM NEPALI AND TO BE CIVILIZED I HAVE LEARN AMERICAN WAY".. Look Sweetie, I like American and America too -- I don't hate them. Yes learn from them and let them learn from me too. But I never let myself down infront of them. Eti Shree... P.S: I may be making you guys laugh, I just watched Farenhiet 9/11 today, but I found little exageration in it. Overall plot was good thou.. Any comments ?
