Depression bata bhulney kehi tarika tara solution chahi nahola... 
 1.Delete all the memories you have with her. Delete all the photos, delete your facebook profile, instagram and so on... 
2. Read some self-help books (Get from here http://readersinc.in/the-50-best-self-help-books-of-all-times/) 
3. Do some rigorous exercise that makes you tired and helps to fall asleep quickly. Join kick boxing. 4.Get some mental exercise. Join site like lumosity.com 
5. Listen to music. 
6.Make yourself busy. Learn new courses like at skillshare.com or khanacademy.com. 
7. If problem persists, consult to a professional.
