Hey Raj11,
Please refer to I-765 form which you filled out to apply for EAD.
EAD renewal is the same procedure besides the renewal fee $380.
--->No.16 c(8) -->pending asylum

-->No need to fill out 17, and 18
You have to pay $380 for renewal (personal check or money order)
