Despite their promise I doubt Liberals are in any hurry to do it very soon.

Many large and trivial questions will come up for sure. For eg. what happens to international substance control agreements (which of course include weed) with other countries currently in place or can a passenger order a toke or a vape in a flight from Halifax to Vancouver just like a passenger could order beer or wine as a part of meal plan ?

Things like what happens to provinces where there are no crown corporations like LCBO ? Would Sobeys (which currently does sell alcohol in Alberta) be allowed to sell legal weed in Alberta ?

I wonder if this a nugget for (toker & vaper) voters just in time for the next federal election.
