हजुरबाले जोडेको जग्गा बन्घकि राखेर बा मलाई क्यामेरा किन्दिनुहोस ताकी म चन्डालहरुको मुकुन्डो खिच्न सकुँ त्यही मुकुन्डो लाई मुचुल्का चलाइ अन्याएलाइ मिच्न सकुँ बा मलाई क्यामेरा किन्दिनुहोस ! भुकम्पले भत्काएका घरहरुको तस्बिर! छोरा गुमाउने आमाहरुको आँसु बाटोमा लाइन बसेका निर्जीव ग्यासका सिलिन्डर स्कुल जान पुल नभई तुइनमा झुन्डिएका विद्यार्थीहरु बेरोजगारी र पासपोर्ट सुट्केसमा बिमानस्थल भरिएका मेरा कैयन मान्छेहरू मकैबारी ,धानबारिमा गाडीएका देसभक्त जवानहरु भाला बोकेका दानबहरु भाला घोच्ने राक्षसहरु कहिलै नउठ्ने गरि लम्पसार परेका मानिसहरुको तस्बिर खिच्ने छु बा मलाई क्यामेरा किन्दिनुहोस ।
Dad buy me a camera so that I can expose people who are doing injustice and wounding the society in many ways. Look at the pictures of homes destroyed by the earthquake. Get me a camera so that I can take picture of those mothers who have lost their sons, unemployed students who are looking for opportunities to get ahead and those folks who are tiresomely working at the fields day and night.
जातियतामा छुट्याइएका पीडित अनुहारहरु बोक्सी आरोपमा अझैपनी गाउँका कुनाकुनामा लखेटिएका मेरा आमाहरु आउने चुनावमा भोट माग्न आउने नेताहरु भ्रष्टाचारीहरु सबैको तस्बिर खिच्नेछु बा । २१औं युग लागेको छ बा पुरानो सैलिलाइ मेरो क्यामेरामा उतार्ने छु अम्रेलाको जमाना आयो म स्याखु ओडेर छुपुछुपु धान रोप्ने दिदिको फोटो खिच्ने छु बा !
Father, with that camera, i will take pictures of those corrupt politicians that come down to the village every few months for the votes to gain a political office and those unfortunate mothers that are still beings chased as “witches.” In this new day and age of 21st century, i will bring that old-fashioned ways through my camera and will capture those special moments where my sister is engaged in planting the rice paddies.
बा माइक्रोवैभमा पप्कोनको जमाना आयो म साँइलि आमाले कालो खोतियामा मकै भुटेको तस्बिरलाई खिच्नेछु! बा मलाइ क्यामेरा किन्दिनुहोस बा ट्रलि र बास्केटको सामान बोक्ने जमाना आयो म चोया काटेर डोको बुन्ने मगर कान्छाको फोटो खिच्ने छु !ठुला भित्तामा टाङ्गिने केबल फ्लाटिनियम टिभि आएको छ म मुखिया बाको घरमा सात भाइ जम्मा भएर त्यो ब्ल्याकिन ह्वाइट टिभिमा एन्टेना हल्लाउँदै आकाश मिल्किए झैं झिलिक्क चलचित्र आउँदाखेरी खुशी भएको अनुहारको तस्बिर खिच्ने छु !!!!!!!!! धेरै दुखले पुर्खाले आर्जेको पृथ्वी दाइ र बि पि दाइका सालिक बने त्यो सालिक फुटाउने हातहरुका तस्बिरहरु मेरो क्यामेराले खिच्ने छु बा !!!! मेरो देसलाइ कैले सिङ्गापुर कैले स्विचरल्यान्ड बनाउन खोज्ने सैतानहरु छन म मेरो सन्ततिलाइ पुरानै नेपाल देखाउन चाहन्छु क्यामेरामा कैद गर्न चाहन्छु बा मलाइ एउटा क्यामेरा किन्दिनुहोस !!!!!
In this age of microwave era, i will capture those moments where my mother is frying those maize in the traditional ways. I want to capture those vivid moments where Magar brother is tailoring those cotton baskets used to carry stuff through the valleys and mountains. Cable Platinum TV has arrived but I want to capture those moments in my camera where us 7 brothers are enjoying watching film on a black and white TV feeling the euphoria never felt before. I will use my camera to capture the statues of Prithvi and BP Koirala that stand tall and wide for many years now. Some folks want to make my country Singapore while others want to change it into Switzerland but I want to capture it as it is, so get me a camera father.
