I was selected in H1B lottery in 2015 but due to RFE my application was rejected.
Then I applied for TPS and worked by using the EAD from TPS.
To maintain my F1 status I had applied for a college starting January 2016 but when I asked the DSO in my previous college to transfer my SEVIS. She mentioned that my SEVIS was completed on 12/06 and now I am without F1 Status.
Guys please let me know, what options do I have. Is there any way I can start college in January. My application is in process and I will get my acceptance letter by next week.
