From my experience, health insurance for visitor visa holders are extremely expensive. You can try cheap insurance from sites like insubuy but if you read the fine prints it's not worth it and you will be paying all of it if they get sick. It's specially harder and expensive if they have pre-existing condition like diabetes, high blood pressure etc. They are not eligible for affordable health care as they will not have SSN.
