I am thinking of going back home to get the H1b stamping as I was filling out the form on page it asks for home address and mailing address. Do I enter the home/apt address here or the address of Nepal.

Also in personal information page they ask for Tax payer identification number. I am not sure where I can get this information. Will that be in my tax return?
