Let's not misunderstand the issues here: My wearing a saree on occasions does not mean, I wear one to a club (And, even if I did, who's to stop me?!) That is where my "little black dress" comes in handy. However, wearing western clothes does not justify hypercriticizing eastern clothes in the same breath as assuming the avatar of "Sati Savitri". Surely, common sense dictates that! The two are unrelated, issues. Let's not get literal and/or contexually challenged here. Pisces... no havoc created! I can be as western as I wanna be without feeling the insecurity to justify it. Likewise, I can be as Nepali as I wanna be without feeling the need to defend it.
