If you purchased through your credit card, simply call the credit card and dispute the transaction. You will need written details, so save all the email communication from priceline and your flight. Try to email priceline and your airlines so that you have written communication from them too.

I have disputed my transaction through bank in the past, and they are helpful.

I am not sure if that is available for debit card's transaction, but check with them.
