Lets go to the issue. My opt is going to expire in october 31. Yes I am talking about this october 31. So I have 60 days of grace period. But here is the confusion does the 60 days means I have to join the college within 60 days or I have to tranfer the sevis within sixty days. I am in a big dilemma.
