From US citizen: Letter of invitation, affidavit of support (if supporting financially during the sibling's stay in US).
From the sibling: anything that can prove that he/she will return back to own country. Examples: proof of employment, family relationship, properties back home.
If the sibling is in twenties and is not employed, chances of getting visa is nil.
