TPS fingerprint issue

PU_Hunter, like I said above, I don't know much about TPS, but for green card (I-485), there is a question in the application "have you ever been charged/arrested...?, so even if you were in some kind of diversion program or you went through pre trial diversion or even the charge was dismissed eventually (no fault of yours), you need to answer yes if there is a similar question in TPS application. And provide the explanation about what happened. In addition, you need to provide certified court disposition letter saying that case is closed now to USCIS. As long as the crime doesn't fall under "crime of moral turpitude - CIMT" (felony, theft, etc), you will be fine.And yes, hit and run doesn't fall under crime of moral turpitude. http://www.ilrc.org/files/documents/n.7-crimes_involving_moral_turpitude.pdf
