Generally by law, you need F1 visa if your purpose of travel to US is to study when you hit the border. In this situation, I don't know how your Advance Parole doc will help you but they will definitely put you in to secondary inspection.
Please remember that USCIS says that Advance Parole does not guarantee the entry of the document holder.
