If its your first time, if u goto court and explain to judge or prosecutor they will sometimes dismiss it. You have to say sorry and blah blah..

I am speaking from personal experience... Next time you see cop on road, make sure you follow all traffic rules otherwise they will look for any excuse to pull you over. I dont think it matters that much if you are white, black, asian, latino... Cops have to give certain number of tickets every month to fill their quota. Just like any job...sales, marketting, IT.... cops job is measured by how many tickets they give.
