12 years ago at the same time of the year I went with my father to thapthali 'khyadya Sansthan. 'With my half kattu barely managing to cover my hips, occasionally getting some pull ups from my hand ,I followed him till thapathali. I was surprised to see so many khasis at the same time , black khasis, huge khasis, punte khasis, hairy khasis n what else I grabbed a huge one n said' Ba yeslai lagum na hai' my father was busy looking for another one actually a small one coz our financial status couldnt allow us for more than that. My childish mind was happy to get another one, small though, I thought of making it to eat a lot of grass so that it could get big at the time of Dashain. Time has changed though , specially me not living in motherland , I want to dedicate this thread to all the lonely souls living abroad missing the aroma of dashain. Let us celebrate this dashain by sharing our dashain memories n pray that we will be able to get there next time. Best Wishes
