Initiate high-level talks with Indians. Delineate border using available technologies. Tighten the border. Impose work visa system on both sides.
Tarai is being encroached by Biharis and they are breeding at the rate of ~3.5% compared to ~2.5% hilly people. With this birth rate, Biharis will be dominant race and we will be minorities. Just imagine what happens then...
To do above, we (the dumbest bunch) should NOT elect old schools anymore.
It is time to set aside race, religion, creed, and work together for the betterment of Nepal...
