just posting my app status:
Applicant visa status: F-2
September 10: Application + documents mailed, regular cheapas$ mail
September 17: Email notice from USCIS (case accepted and routed to Nebraska Service Center)
September 18: Money withdrawn from bank (I wrote regular cashiers check)
September 21: Receipt Notice in the mailbox (1 for each: TPS and EAD application)
Hope things will go well and quick
