Honestly speaking dude, mine was bigger than this before. I do cardio before starting a gym. Then I do intense workouts which means little rest and hard workouts like super sets. Further workout where your all body parts and muscle works like when you working out on shoulders stand and do the shoulder press rather than sitting so that your legs will work out too. For the belly part don't do abs workout at all, it would rather build muscles underneath that fat. Rather do burpies, jumps, squats etc. Also avoid hot and spicy and oily greasy foods. I use paper towel to soak oil from foods when I eat.
