Highway_2_hell: Yes u have to be in status atleast 2 yrs without leaving this country more than 90 days in between this period.
Zxcv: Mavni is extended til 2016 with more slots.this year they had 3,000 slots .for 2016 it will be 5000 slots.They posted this info in mavni page couple of months ago.
