He is right: we have distributed Citizenship to Indian over millions. Those who were born in Indian got Nepali citizenship : are Indian.
It is our fault and our Net's fault. How do we correct it.

We did not give citizenship to Burmali or Bhutani Nepali but to Indians.
They were Indian and always stay with Indian attitude.
