In a very long run of time, I have ever heard from government side such a publicist's language. Until then. govt. always failed to use fency PR language to counter Maoists' fency languages. This is the first time govt. looks to avoid getting trapped into sexy language of Maoists: the suspension of attack for a week, because the ceasefire does not speak anything about extortion (oh, chanda collection and tax collection). I wish this time govt. showed not because of miracle, but, because of their good PR advisors...... So, it will be too early to bring conclusion, it might be miraclously happened, as it is said in probability that if you let a monkey to use keyboard, after hitting thousands of times, the monkey will be typing a few words correctly.
