Yes y are you applying for a TPS when you have a GC ?
GC is not a immigrant status its a permanent status.
- GC kai lagi matra bihe gareko ho. Aba 2 yr ko conditional GC expired vayo (Only 10 yr GC means permanent status not any GC), and condition remove garna apply gareko pani 2 yr barsa vayo. Decision kailai hala jasto chhaina, ani in case vayo vane pani, documentation is no so strong, chances of approval is very low. So, tesaile TPS, approve vayo vane safe side ma hunchha vanera apply gareko.
Regarding the biometrics , mero USCIS center ma chai bimoetrics matrai line chuttai room thio no officer involved.
