Long time ago in Sajha, I saw a a black and white video posted about a guy going to a government official for some work. The government official tries to delay the work making excuses about missing document and stuff. The other guy is also prepared and shows papers and proof after proof. I think it was a old comedy skit from finland or sweden. If any of you guys have the youtube link to it, can you post it here? Thanks
